- Provide maintenance of users and user profiles.
- Maintains imaging records and system configuration and optimization
- Manage and monitor integration between various RIS, PACS and Healthcare Partner systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RIS, PACS and Healthcare Partner systems and modalities.
- Support daily operations of Radiologist workflow and interpretation
- Responsible for the day-to-day technical administration of the PACS and RIS in conjunction with the PACS Services and Support team.
- Work closely with PACS vendor for troubleshooting, design and implementation of PACS services
- Expected to work with team on project expectations and other stakeholders.
- May be required to perform work beyond normal hours as necessary for business operations
- Manages and performs assigned projects in a professional and efficient manner.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills for interacting within all levels of the company. Must have the ability to work well in a group environment as well as working with company-wide staff, Radiologists, outside clinicians, referring offices, and updating leadership.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be insured.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Dedicated space/office must be free from distractions and background noise (personal calls, visitors, pets, TV, children, etc.).
- Home office must support HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI, including private workspace, secure workstation placement, and adherence to workstation use and security policies (screen locking, no sharing of devices, no visible images to unauthorized individuals.
- Must provide your own high-speed internet that meets CORA’s specifications.
- Must provide your own phone.
- Must adhere to set schedule.
- Continuous/active communication with managers and co-workers.

- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred.
- Clinical experience in imaging preferred or five years’ experience with medium to large scale PACS and Radiology Information Systems (RIS).
- Knowledge of the following systems is preferred:
- Nuance PowerScribe One, Sectra PACS or other major Radiology PACS systems
- Structured Reporting Vendor (Modlink, Altamont)
- DICOM Modality Vendor (Laurel Bridge, DcmSystems)
- Mammo Tracking (Magview)
