Clinical Governance Intelligence Analyst

About us

Established in 1840, we are Australia’s first wellbeing company, delivering health, wealth and care services for our members and the community.

As a social enterprise, we’re motivated by our purpose to positively impact the wellbeing of millions. We reinvest profits to deliver products and services sustainably that matter most to our members, customers and the Australian community.

For us, Real Wellbeing encompasses the whole experience of life. It’s about feeling supported in your health, connected with your community, and empowered to live life on your terms.

About the Role

At Australian Unity Home Health, we're on a mission to deliver safer, better, and more connected care to the communities we serve.

As a Clinical Governance Intelligence Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in helping shape the quality, safety, and performance of care delivered across our national Home Health business. Working alongside clinical, operational, and executive leaders, you'll transform complex data into meaningful insights that drive informed decision-making, strengthen clinical governance, and improve customer outcomes.

This is more than a reporting role. It's an opportunity to influence how care is delivered, identify emerging risks before they become issues, and support initiatives that create measurable improvements in quality and safety. You'll join a growing healthcare organisation where your insights won't simply sit in reports. They'll directly influence decision-making, quality improvement initiatives, and the wellbeing of customers receiving care in their homes.

If you're passionate about healthcare, data, and making a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you.
