Are you an MD or a healthcare professional who wants to use your clinical knowledge outside of patient care? Nao Medical is a tech-enabled multispecialty practice with 12 clinics across New York. We’re hiring a full-time Clinical Operations Specialist to keep our provider operations running well. You’ll manage provider schedules, run chart audits in eClinicalWorks, train providers on documentation and coding, and track the metrics that measure care quality. You’ll work directly with our Director of Clinical Strategy and use AI tools every day to work faster. This role is fully remote, Monday to Friday, on U.S. Eastern Time.

  • Use your medical background every day. Your clinical knowledge drives the audits, chart reviews, and provider training you lead.
  • Improve care across 12 clinics. Your work directly shapes provider performance and care quality across New York.
  • Grow into leadership. You’ll help supervise the remote admin team and present reports to executive leadership.
  • AI is part of the job. We use AI tools to cut busywork, so you can focus on the work that needs your judgment.
  • Fully remote, stable schedule. You’ll work Monday to Friday from home.

What You’ll Do

  • Provider Operations: Build and adjust monthly provider schedules across 12 clinics.
  • Chart Management: Track unlocked charts in eClinicalWorks (ECW) and follow up with providers until they’re closed.
  • Audits and Metrics: Pull charts and data from ECW for protocol audits, chart reviews, and metrics audits, and flag trends and issues.
  • Provider Training: Train providers on ECW, documentation, and E/M, CPT, and ICD-10 coding.
  • Reporting: Build department reports for leadership and prepare provider reports for 1:1 meetings.
  • Credentials and Team: Track provider credentials, check timecards for payroll, and help supervise the remote admin team.
  • Director Support: Manage the Director’s calendar, priorities, interviews and follow-ups.
