π The Role: Clinical & Project Coordinator
You will be the key operational and patient-facing team member, ensuring both our commercial and clinical programs run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Logistics & Order Fulfillment:
Manage the process of
device deployment
, ensuring devices are sent to the correct providers, partners, and study participants. This includes managing inventory, coordinating with the Manufacturing team, and fulfilling product orders.
Non-Technical Customer Support:
Serve as the primary contact for
non-technical user questions
regarding product onboarding, delivery, and general usage. You'll build and maintain trust with customers through a positive and seamless user experience.
Clinical Study Management:
Actively support our clinical studies and trials by assisting with tasks such as
patient enrollment, informed consent processes, and scheduling follow-up calls
with participants.
Patient Communication:
Conduct outbound calls to patients and clinical participants to provide support, gather feedback, and ensure adherence to study protocols or product use guidelines. Act as the voice of the customer internally, capturing critical feedback to directly influence product roadmaps and competitive strategy.
Cross-Functional Communication:
Collaborate closely with the Technical Support Engineer to quickly route and track technical issues, ensuring efficient resolution for the user. Develop internal documentation, best-practice guides, and training to help scale our program methodologies across the entire organization.

Location:

Experience:
2β5 years of professional experience
in a customer-facing, coordination, or clinical support role.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role with excellent communication skills (phone, written, and in-person).
Strong interest in
medical technology, health applications, or clinical research
.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and logistics simultaneously.
Excellent communicator (both written and oral)
Experience with
clinical study coordination, patient enrollment, or obtaining informed consent
is a strong preference.
Experience with basic inventory management or order fulfillment is a plus.
Experience or interest in
marketing
is also considered a plus.
