About the Role Neurobehavioral Center for Growth is a dynamic, multidisciplinary medical, behavioral, and mental health practice built on one goal: helping individuals and families get answers, through accurate diagnoses and evidence-based, compassionate care. We specialize in comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessment, therapeutic services, and collaborative care across disciplines — and we're growing. We're looking for a licensed psychologist or neuropsychologist who wants to do meaningful diagnostic work across the lifespan, backed by a team that actually collaborates. What You'll Do Conduct thorough diagnostic interviews and biopsychosocial histories, and set clear goals for each assessment Select and implement test batteries tailored to each client — psychological, neuropsychological, social-emotional, and neurodevelopmental Work alongside psychometrists on test administration, ensuring high-quality data collection Analyze and interpret assessment data to build individualized, evidence-based recommendations Write clear, actionable, client-centered evaluation reports aligned with best practices Communicate findings and recommendations directly to clients and families Complete insurance, pre-authorization, and records documentation in a timely, professional manner Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development Optional, if it interests you: provide therapy using modalities like CBT, DBT, or ACT, or support local charter schools with assessments and consultation.
