Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $82,000.00 Annually Job Title: Clinical Supervisor Program/Department: Family Engagement Program ( FEP) Location: Western MA (Hampshire & Hampden Counties) Position Type: Exempt, 40 hours/ week – Hybrid Position (remote and on-site) Reports to: Director, Family Engagement Program Salary: Commensurate with education, licensure, and skills (including bilingual ability) ** Note: The Salary range varies and will be determined during the offer process based on education, licensure, and skills (e.g., bachelor’s, master’s, unlicensed, independent license, bilingual language capacity. The Role Lead clinical supervision for the Family Engagement Program (FEP), supporting parents involved with the Child Welfare system who are navigating substance use, trauma, and mental health challenges. You'll supervise a team of Family Engagement Specialists and Peer Recovery Specialists, helping them grow their skills while ensuring families get strong, consistent care. What You'll Do Supervise clinically — guide Family Engagement Specialists and Peer Recovery Specialists delivering home-based services Manage the program — keep FEP running smoothly day to day Build the team — partner with the Director on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development Handle the systems — oversee EHR, Virtual Gateway, shared calendars, timesheets, and supervisor check-ins Stay hands-on — as needed, carry a small caseload (1–3 families) providing home-based mental health and substance use treatment What You Bring Advanced degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field Independent clinical license (LICSW or LMHC) Experience supervising bachelor's- and master's-level clinicians Familiarity with community resources in Western MA A collaborative approach to helping others grow — and comfort supporting staff through documentation Bonus: experience with substance use, child welfare, or home-based services Bonus: bilingual/bicultural in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole (strongly encouraged to apply) Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle access for regional travel IHR provides reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with disabilities.
