Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 annually, DOE.

About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Clinical Systems Project Manager to support clinical technology workflows across affiliated healthcare operations. This remote role will serve as a key resource for PointClickCare (PCC) support, configuration, training, implementation, and clinical systems project execution.
We are seeking a full-time Clinical Systems Project Manager to support clinical technology workflows across affiliated healthcare operations. This remote role will serve as a key resource for PointClickCare (PCC) support, configuration, training, implementation, and clinical systems project execution.
What You’ll Do
- Provide PCC support for nursing facilities, including MDS, Care Plans, Point of Care, and Lab & Radiology modules.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCC systems in alignment with organizational standards.
- Support acquisitions and new facility builds through system configuration, onboarding, and training.
- Assist with clinical systems projects, pilots, high-priority cases, and new workflow implementations.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma, required.
- 3+ years of system administration experience, highly preferred.
- PointClickCare system administration experience, highly preferred.
- Healthcare project management experience, highly preferred.
- Strong prioritization, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with facility and support teams.
Work Setting
- Remote position with facility visits as needed for meetings, training, or acquisitions.
- May require occasional work beyond normal business hours, including weekends or holidays when necessary.
- Must be able to operate standard technology tools and work effectively in both remote and facility settings.
