Role Description The Clinical Therapist role at MantraCare is a part-time remote position focused on providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health care through virtual sessions. In collaboration with MantraCare’s AI-powered tools, the therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and family therapy tailored to client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, coordinating care with other professionals when appropriate, and participating in case reviews. The therapist will also support clients with psychoeducation, crisis intervention as required, and ongoing monitoring of progress to ensure effective, person-centered care in a digital environment.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Experience in Social Work and Case Management, including care coordination and advocacy for diverse client populations.
• Skills in Family Therapy, with comfort addressing relational dynamics and supporting families in a virtual setting.
• Active license or registration as a Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, Counselor, or equivalent mental health professional (as per local regulations).
• Experience providing telehealth or online therapy, with proficiency in using digital tools and electronic health records.
• Strong communication, cultural humility, and trauma-informed practice, with a commitment to inclusive and non-discriminatory care.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage a flexible caseload, and maintain professional boundaries.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health discipline.
