Clinic/Ancillary Services Revenue Integrity Manager | Growth Orthopedics

The Clinic/Ancillary Services Revenue Integrity Manager leads the day-to-day work of the clinic and ancillary revenue team, overseeing coding and billing, charge capture, and denial trends to ensure accurate, complete, and timely reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic and ancillary coding and billing workflows.
• Monitor coding accuracy and completeness. Monitor charge capture and timely billing.
• Oversee coding and billing for applicable ancillary services, including X-ray, MRI, EMG/NCS, DME, in-office procedures/injections, and casting/splinting.
• Monitor denials, rejections, and payer trends.
• Identify missing charges and revenue opportunities.
• Ensure established clinic/ancillary SOPs are followed.
• Manage workload, coverage, and priorities.
• Coach and develop assigned employees.
• Support daily QA oversight for applicable offshore/SCALE billing work.
• Escalate significant coding, compliance, payer, or financial concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional/clinic coding and billing experience, including ancillary services (imaging, DME, in-office procedures)
• 2+ years of supervisory or team-lead experience
• Active coding credential (CPC, CCS, or CCS-P) required or preferred
• Strong working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, and payer guidelines
• Experience analyzing denials, charge capture, and productivity/quality metrics
• Experience overseeing offshore or vendor billing work a plus
