  • Serve as a technical advisor to customers and partners, helping design, deploy, and operationalize AI solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Lead technical engagements to identify and resolve blockers related to identity, security, compliance, governance, data access, licensing, and platform readiness.
  • Advise customers on AI readiness, including data security, oversharing controls, compliance requirements, governance, and responsible AI practices.
  • Develop and guide adoption and change management plans, including executive sponsorship, end-user targeting, communications, training content, and engagement activities.
  • Demonstrate Microsoft 365 usage insights and analytics to identify adoption trends, measure business impact, and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with technical teams, account teams, and external partners to accelerate AI solution deployment, activation, and ongoing adoption.
  • Leverage available delivery resources and partner ecosystems to support customer implementation and scale AI solutions effectively.
  • Engage business and technical decision-makers to connect AI adoption with measurable business outcomes, communicate progress, and align stakeholders on expansion strategies.
  • Manage usage-intent and consumption milestones across assigned customer accounts, ensuring commitments progress toward completion.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption through additional Copilot, Cowork, and agentic AI solutions.
  • Analyze customer usage, adoption patterns, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for growth and additional solution adoption.
  • Share customer and partner feedback, adoption insights, technical blockers, and success stories to inform continuous improvement.
  • Lead and motivate technical communities while adapting to evolving technologies, customer needs, and business priorities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7–9 years of experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.
  • 3–4+ years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing role, including internal and external stakeholder management.
  • 3–4+ years of experience delivering customer-facing technical projects.
