We are looking for a Cloud and AI Consultant to join our Digital Workplace team in Bulgaria.
In this customer-facing role, you will work with organizations to identify their needs and design, configure and deploy solutions across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform, with particular focus on Power Apps and Power Automate.
You will primarily support customers in the Bulgarian market, while also having the opportunity to work with international customers across a variety of industries.
You’ll join an experienced team of Consultants, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with strong technical experts while taking ownership of your own customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their business challenges and translate them into practical Microsoft solutions
- Design, configure and deploy solutions across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform
- Develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Support customers throughout the delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation and deployment
- Participate in and facilitate customer workshops, technical discussions and solution design sessions
- Advise customers on how Microsoft technologies can improve collaboration, productivity and business processes
- Collaborate with Senior and Principal Consultants on more complex customer engagements
- Contribute to solution documentation and share knowledge and best practices across the team
- Stay current with developments across Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform and the broader Modern Workplace ecosystem
- Work with a diverse customer base across industries including financial services, manufacturing and utilities
What we need to see from you
- Around 4–5 years of relevant experience working with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Modern Workplace and/or related Microsoft technologies
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or other Microsoft AI capabilities
- Experience designing, configuring or deploying solutions in customer environments
- Strong customer-facing skills and the confidence to participate in workshops, requirements discussions and solution design conversations
- Ability to understand a business problem and translate it into a practical technical solution
- Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to technology
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior technical colleagues
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Considered a strong advantage
None of the following is essential, but each would be a genuine advantage:
- Broader experience across the Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace ecosystem
- Experience with Copilot Studio
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Experience integrating Power Platform or Microsoft 365 solutions with other systems
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
- Experience delivering solutions for enterprise customers
- Previous experience working with international customers or distributed teams
