- 8+ years of experience in Cloud Data Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Data Operations.
- 3+ years of technical leadership experience managing engineering or operations teams.
- Proven track record supporting enterprise-level production systems with high availability and operational excellence requirements.
- Expertise in Google Cloud Platform services (BigQuery, Cloud Composer/Airflow, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Storage).
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
- degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences:
- Modern Engineering & Observability Tooling: Hands-on proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and analytics tools like Power BI or Looker.
- Team Leadership & AI Innovation: Demonstrated passion for leveraging AI-assisted engineering practices and fostering inclusive, high-performing engineering teams.
