Job Description:

Cloud Delivery / Resource Coordinator – AI Foundation Program

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Cloud Delivery / Resource Coordinator to support a strategic, highly visible AI Foundation Cloud Delivery Program.

This is a delivery role combining project and workstream management, resource coordination, financial management, Agile delivery, waterfall governance, dependency management and program reporting across multiple Cloud Engineering teams.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Stream Leads, Project Managers, Cloud Engineering leaders and supporting teams to drive coordinated delivery against the program's milestones and business outcomes.

This is not a traditional Project Coordinator/ Project Manager position. The successful candidate must be capable of independently owning complex delivery activities and navigating a large enterprise technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management

  • Own and coordinate end-to-end cloud delivery activities across the AI Foundation Program.
  • Translate program objectives into executable milestones, capabilities, deliverables and clear ownership.
  • Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans and technical roadmaps.
  • Drive delivery across multiple technology teams and workstreams.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues and delivery constraints.
  • Identify bottlenecks or resource constraints that could impact program commitments or cloud releases.
  • Coordinate planning sessions, co-creation sessions, Scrum of Scrums and other cross-team delivery forums.
  • Support stable team structures while responding to changing program priorities.

Hybrid Agile / Waterfall Delivery

  • Operate effectively in an environment utilizing approximately 60% Agile and 40% waterfall delivery practices.
  • Support Agile Cloud Engineering teams while aligning execution to enterprise waterfall/gated governance requirements.
  • Ensure required program artifacts and documentation remain aligned to governance and audit expectations.
  • Translate Agile plans, user stories and delivery activity into integrated program-level milestones and reporting.

Financial & Portfolio Management

  • Manage project/portfolio financials through Clarity PPM.
  • Support budgeting, work-effort estimation, forecasting and financial governance.
  • Manage financial visibility for projects/portfolios in the approximate $5M–$10M range.
  • Develop and maintain financial and delivery reporting, including appropriate portfolio trend and burn reporting.
  • Partner with Stream PMs and the broader PMO to maintain alignment on deliverables, financials and reporting.

Resource & Dependency Management

  • Coordinate resource requirements across Cloud Engineering workstreams.
  • Work with stream leads to ensure appropriate skills and resources are aligned to delivery priorities.
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple teams.
  • Track dependencies across Cloud Engineering and extended partner teams.
  • Proactively identify capacity or resource risks affecting delivery.

Reporting & Communication

  • Provide clear program-level reporting covering timelines, dependencies, risks, financials and delivery impacts.
  • Prepare presentations and leadership updates.
  • Maintain program documentation through Jira, Confluence and related enterprise tools.
  • Manage formal team communications and appropriate escalations.
  • Communicate effectively with senior technical and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Approximately 10+ years of professional experience, ideally encompassing project, program, portfolio or technology delivery.
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex technology projects/programs from planning through delivery.
  • Strong financial services / banking experience.
  • Hands-on Clarity PPM experience is mandatory.
  • Experience managing project/program financials in the $5M–$10M+ range.
  • Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong experience operating across both Agile and waterfall delivery environments.
  • Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, resources, milestones and competing priorities across multiple technology teams.
  • Excellent organization, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations with patience, flexibility and sound judgment.
  • Strong financial and delivery-management mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cloud transformation, Cloud Engineering or cloud modernization experience.
  • AI/ML or enterprise AI program exposure.
  • Experience coordinating technology programs spanning multiple engineering teams.
  • PMP, PSM, CSM or related project/Agile certification.
  • Experience with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Power Apps.

Working Environment

  • Fast-paced enterprise Cloud Engineering environment.
  • Primarily remote with flexibility to attend Toronto offices when required.
  • Candidate must be located within the GTA.
  • High-visibility program with interaction across technology, program leadership and business stakeholders.

Contract Details

  • Duration: 12 months
  • Target Start: November 15, 2026
  • Location: Toronto / GTA, hybrid-flexible
