Cloud Developer / DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an Azure Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to support the design, implementation, and operation of cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. This role combines Azure architecture, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps automation, and security remediation. You will work closely with development and operations teams to modernize infrastructure, strengthen security posture, and support key migration efforts.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure, including compute, network, and storage services
Modernize the infrastructure repository by bringing unmanaged Azure resources into source control and refactoring IaC (primarily PowerShell)
Automate deployments and operational workflows using Infrastructure as code (IaC) tools and scripting
Analyze and remediate Azure scan findings, focusing on critical and high‑priority issues to meet security and compliance standards
Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot cloud environments to ensure performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance on Azure best practices
Configure CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles
Strong proficiency with Azure services, automation, and IaC (PowerShell, ARM, Terraform or Ansible a plus)
Experience with cloud security remediation, compliance, and governance
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Preferred
Microsoft Azure certifications (Architect, Administrator, DevOps Engineer) or AWS certifications
Experience with hybrid cloud, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and advanced networking
Gitlab CI/CD
