Cloud & DevOps Engineer

This is not a typical DevOps role. You won't just be maintaining pipelines or reacting to incidents. You'll work directly with our client, communicate in English , take ownership of your infrastructure, and be trusted to make decisions independently. We're hiring for 15 openings and moving fast. We're interviewing now and looking for people who can start as soon as possible, ideally in May. This contract runs from May to April, with the possibility of renewal for strong performers . We can support your growth. But attitude, communication, ownership, and the drive to keep learning on your own are things you need to bring from day one. What we value most • Ownership and strong communication • Fluent English for direct client interaction • Curiosity and self-learning • Smart use of AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code in your daily workflow Tech stack • CI/CD: GitHub Actions or equivalent; deployment strategies including blue/green, canary, and rolling • Cloud: AWS (primary) — EC2, EKS, ECS, S3, VPC, Route 53, IAM, CloudWatch • Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), ECSIaC: Terraform (multi-environment, multi-account configurations) • GitOps: FluxCD (current), ArgoCD (under evaluation) • Monitoring & observability: Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, or New Relic; includes dashboards, alerting, log pipelines, and SLO tracking • Secrets management: AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault, or equivalent • Networking: DNS, TLS, VPN, load balancing, VPC/subnet design • Linux, Bash scripting, Git You don't need to know everything. But you do need to be honest about your gaps and motivated enough to close them. What we're looking for • 3+ years of DevOps or infrastructure experience • Hands-on experience with cloud environments and container orchestration • Proactive communication with team and client • A practical approach to incident response and process improvement • Infrastructure-as-code mindset: reproducible, documented, review-ready What we offer • USD 3,500–5,000/month — for a 6-hour day • Hybrid work with flexibility • A clear path: perform well and renew in May • A team that invests in people, not just headcount If this sounds like you, let's talk.
