Cloud & Identity Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud & Identity Engineer to join our team and support the management of hybrid identity and cloud environments across Microsoft and AWS ecosystems.

In this role, you will be responsible for identity and access management, cloud administration, and operational security activities, ensuring secure and compliant access to enterprise systems and applications. You will work across hybrid Active Directory environments, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, and AWS, contributing to the organization's identity, security, and governance initiatives.

The role combines cloud engineering, identity management, and security operations, with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity, and IAM best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, including:
  • Users
    
  • Groups
    
  • Enterprise Applications
    
  • Application Registrations
    
• Define and manage:
  • Conditional Access policies
    
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
    
  • Identity security controls
    
• Manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across:
  • Azure subscriptions
    
  • Resource groups
    
  • Applications
    
• Administer privileged access and identity governance processes, including:
  • Access reviews
    
  • Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
    
• Manage hybrid identity environments and synchronization between:
  • Active Directory
    
  • Microsoft Entra ID
    
• Administer and support:
  • Exchange Online
    
  • Hybrid Exchange environments
    
• Manage:
  • Mailboxes
    
  • Mail flow
    
  • Exchange policies
    
  • Messaging troubleshooting
    
• Support security and compliance initiatives across cloud and identity platforms
  
• Provision and manage user accounts, permissions, and access in AWS environments
  
• Contribute to the implementation and operation of IAM and governance best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Identity Management, or similar roles
  
• Strong experience with:
  • Microsoft Entra ID
    
  • Active Directory
    
  • Exchange Online
    
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Conditional Access
    
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
    
  • Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
    
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
    
• Experience managing hybrid identity environments
  
• Experience with:
  • AWS Identity and Access Management
    
  • AWS account and permissions management
    
• Knowledge of:
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
    
  • Security best practices
    
  • Compliance controls
    
• Experience with:
  • Microsoft Defender
    
  • Microsoft Purview
    
• Familiarity with Power BI governance concepts, including:
  • Workspace management
    
  • Access governance
    
• Proven experience implementing and configuring identity and access management solutions
  
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
• Fluency in English
