Join our Cloud Software Development team and help drive cloud modernization, lead cross-functional projects, and support the technology behind the industries building and feeding the world. What You'll Do Lead the planning and delivery of cloud and software development projects from initiation through implementation. Coordinate activities across Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Product Management, and business teams. Drive cloud migration, modernization, integration, and platform transformation initiatives. Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources. Facilitate collaboration across globally distributed teams and external partners. Support technical discussions around cloud platforms, integrations, APIs, infrastructure, security, and modernization strategies. Provide clear project reporting, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance. Continuously improve project delivery processes and ways of working. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience managing software, cloud, or technology projects. Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects involving cloud platforms, integrations, or modernization initiatives. Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments. Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. Ability to lead projects across multiple teams, stakeholders, and geographies. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Fluent English. Nice to Have PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, AWS, Azure, or similar certifications. Experience with cloud migration and legacy modernization programs. Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools. Exposure to AI-assisted development practices. Experience within IoT, connected devices, or software-hardware environments. What We Offer Competitive salary package: €45,000 - €65,000 gross annual salary , based on skills and experience, plus an annual bonus tied to both individual and company performance. Working Conditions We offer flexibility in how and where you work, including both remote and hybrid options. To support collaboration and team connection, we ideally seek candidates who can travel to our Concordia office regularly , even if not on a daily basis.
