If you're passionate about helping people achieve their potential, thrive in a people-focused environment and enjoy building supportive communities, we'd love to hear from you.

- Location: Remote, with applicants required to be based within Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cheshire, Cumbria, Hampshire, Herefordshire, Kent, Lancashire, Oxfordshire, Staffordshire, Surrey, Sussex, Warwickshire or Worcestershire. Occasional travel within the service area will be required.
- Hours: Full-time (37.5hrs) 9am to 5pm
- Travel: Occasional travel for meetings, events and face-to-face activities is required.
What you'll be doing
As our Clubhouse Connect Coordinator, you'll:
- Lead the day-to-day delivery and development of Clubhouse Connect, creating an engaging, inclusive and supportive digital community.
- Coordinate and maintain a varied programme of activities, wellbeing sessions, employability support and member-led initiatives.
- Facilitate a digital work-ordered day, enabling Members to build skills, contribute meaningfully and take ownership of the community.
- Support Members to improve confidence, wellbeing, digital skills and progress towards employment, education, volunteering or training opportunities.
- Provide practical employability support, including CV development, job searching, applications and interview preparation.
- Build a strong peer-support culture where Members can connect, encourage one another and sustain positive progress.
- Work proactively with internal teams to generate referrals and encourage ongoing participation.
- Develop effective relationships with Job Brokers, Navigators, Employment Facilitators and wider programme colleagues.
- Monitor and moderate online community spaces, promoting safe participation and responding appropriately to safeguarding concerns.
- Maintain accurate records, engagement data and reporting to support programme outcomes and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and helping others achieve their goals. To be successful, you'll have:
- A commitment to our values of Kindness, Respect, Integrity and Innovation.
- Experience supporting young people or adults with mental health conditions, health challenges, social barriers or other complex support needs.
- Strong digital skills and confidence using virtual platforms, online engagement tools and case management systems.
- Experience facilitating groups, workshops, communities or support programmes in either digital or face-to-face settings.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate people from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience helping individuals build confidence, achieve personal goals and progress towards positive outcomes.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and using data to monitor performance and outcomes.
- Knowledge of employability support and local labour market opportunities.
- A willingness to travel when required and support occasional activity outside standard working hours.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience working within community-based, recovery-focused or wellbeing services.
- Experience supporting people into employment, education, volunteering or training opportunities.
- Knowledge of the Clubhouse model and work-ordered day approach.
- Experience developing partnerships with employers, community organisations or support services.
- Mental Health First Aid, coaching, counselling or related qualifications.
