Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a CNC Laser Machine Operator at Speedline Media and Advertising Qatar. The CNC Laser Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC laser machines to produce signage, branding materials, and other printed components according to specifications. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, preparing materials, monitoring machine performance, inspecting finished products for quality, and performing routine maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation. The role also involves coordinating with design and production teams to meet project deadlines, troubleshooting minor machine issues, and following company procedures and safety standards. The successful candidate will contribute to accurate, high-quality output that supports the company’s branding and advertising projects.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling for CNC laser systems.
• Experience with Machining and Milling processes relevant to signage and printing components.
• Proficiency in Quality Control, including measurement, inspection, and adherence to technical specifications.
• Knowledge of basic CNC programming, machine setup, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and work orders.
• Attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Understanding of safety standards in manufacturing or fabrication environments.
• Previous experience in printing, signage, fabrication, or related industries is an advantage.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in machining, CNC operation, or a related field is preferred.
