Co-CEO with Sales Acumen: AI Solution for eCommerce (Equity based)

Halion Fusion Group (Switzerland) is looking for an entrepreneur (m/f/d) to join us as Co-Managing Director (CSO) to shape the future of e-commerce. Our AI chatbots advise online shoppers as personally as a specialist salesperson - from wine to pharmaceuticals - and drive up conversion rates. Now we want to scale together: in the DACH region and internationally.

Your role:

As an entrepreneurial sales professional, you will develop and lead our go-to-market strategy, actively acquire new customers and partner networks, build a high-performance sales team and support international expansion. You act at C-level, get involved in operations and are ready to take on responsibility.

What you bring:

• Experience in e-commerce/SaaS sales and successful scaling of B2B projects.
• Solid network of e-commerce decision-makers and technology partners in the DACH region.
• Understanding of AI/chatbot technologies and ability to communicate their business value.
• Strategic thinking and hands-on mentality.
• Entrepreneurial drive & motivation.
• German language skills.
