Nibblio is an AI-native adaptive nutrition product, currently pre-launch and in build.
We’re looking for a co-founder to take the CEO seat and lead the company through its next stage — sharpening the market, raising capital, finding the right go-to-market model, and turning a strong product thesis into a business.
If you’ve built or helped build an early-stage company before — including one that didn’t work out — we’d like to talk.
The company we're building
Most nutrition apps are built around tracking: users log what they eat, watch numbers change, and are still left to decide what to do next.
We think that’s the wrong model.
Nibblio is being built as a decision-maker, not another tracker.
It uses AI to continuously adapt nutrition recommendations to the individual — based on their goals, biology, lifestyle, actual eating behaviour and, over time, health data.
We’re now exploring whether people using GLP-1 therapies should be our first focused market: a rapidly growing population whose appetite and eating patterns can change faster than their nutrition adapts.
The broader ambition is bigger:
Adaptive nutrition for changing biology.
GLP-1 may be the entry point, not the ceiling.
We’re a small founding team based at the Science & Technology Park in Novi Sad and are preparing for our first external raise.
You'll own
Company & strategy
You’ll take the CEO seat and own the company-level decisions that come with it. One of the first will be helping us validate where Nibblio should enter the market, which business model has the strongest potential, and how we build a company around it.
Fundraising & investors
You’ll lead fundraising end to end — narrative, deck, investor pipeline, pitching, meetings, negotiations and close. You’ll own investor relations and our grant/funding track, including the Innovation Fund and relevant EU programmes. You’ll be the person representing Nibblio in front of investors, accelerators, partners and other stakeholders.
Go-to-market & revenue
You’ll own the commercial outcome. On B2C, that means positioning, acquisition, activation, monetisation, pricing and unit economics. On B2B2C, it means validating who should distribute or pay for Nibblio — potentially telehealth providers, weight-management clinics, metabolic-health programmes and other organisations already serving GLP-1 users. Which model deserves the most attention isn’t predetermined. Helping us figure that out is part of the job.
Company operations
You’ll own hiring, budget and runway, partnerships, contracts, and the corporate and IP structure required to turn Nibblio into an independent company. At this stage, there’s no layer of management between strategy and execution.
We’re looking for
Especially interesting if you have:
We’re offering
This is a co-founder role, not a salaried executive position with a co-founder title attached.
You’ll receive meaningful equity and genuine ownership of the company, structured properly and subject to vesting.
Cash compensation begins once funding allows. Until then, this is an equity-first co-founder role.
If you need a salary from day one, we’re simply not at the right stage to work together yet.
If you’re looking for the opportunity to help determine what this company becomes — not just execute someone else’s plan — we’d like to meet you.
