We’re looking for a Co-Founder & CEO to build and grow Cosmate — "the Tripadvisor for Beauty products" (25–35% Equity)

What if choosing a beauty product in a store aisle was as simple as taking a quick photo?

That’s Cosmate. We’re building the go-to review platform where people can discover skincare, makeup, and haircare through real, authentic experiences.

Today, finding the right beauty product means scrolling through endless TikToks, ads, and scattered reviews. We’re solving this by building a dedicated place where consumers can search or photograph a product and instantly see what real people with similar needs and preferences think.

Where we are today:

We’ve built the full platform, launched live mobile apps on iOS & Android with an instant photo recognition scanner, and gathered our first user feedback. Now, to take Cosmate from an early-stage product to a global consumer brand, we are looking for a commercial Co-Founder & CEO.

What you will own:

As Co-Founder & CEO, you’ll have real ownership and autonomy to shape the business and product strategy, including:

• Growth & Marketing: Owning user acquisition, TikTok/IG creator strategy, and community building.

• Business & Monetization: Driving monetization routes (affiliate, B2B data, partnerships) and global expansion.

• Fundraising & Strategy: Leading future investment rounds and setting priorities together with the founders.

The Founder Structure:

• CEO / Co-Founder (25–35%): Growth, marketing, strategy, operations and fundraising.

• Founder & Chair of the Board: Brand, vision, user insights and strategic sparring.

• CTO / Co-Founder: Full technical ownership, architecture and product development.

Who we’re looking for:

• An entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset: someone who loves going from 0 to 1.

• Strong understanding of growth marketing, consumer trends, or D2C/beauty communities.

• Fluent professional English and an international mindset.

• Ambition to execute, experiment and keep moving fast.

What we offer:

• Significant Equity Stake (25–35%): Exact ownership structure will be agreed based on experience, commitment, and role fit, subject to a standard 4-year vesting structure with a 1-year cliff.

• A fully functional, live app and tech stack ready for market experimentation.

• 100% Remote flexibility (open to international candidates).
