This is not a traditional CTO role. Looking for an entrepreneurial technology leader who is passionate about building, innovating, and creating long-term value as a true co-founder.

Role Description The Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer will lead the overall technology vision, strategy, and implementation for SmAile Health’s digital dental insurance platform.

This full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates involves:

• Defining the technical roadmap, architecting scalable systems, and integrating AI-driven solutions into core products and operations.
• Managing and mentoring engineering teams, establishing development standards and best practices, and collaborating closely with product, operations, and business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with company objectives.
• Oversee vendor and partner relationships, ensure data security and compliance, and contribute to fundraising, investor communications, and long-term strategic planning.

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Have experience building and scaling SaaS, HealthTech, FinTech, or InsurTech platforms
• Can lead product architecture, development, AI, and data strategy
• Thrive in early-stage startup environments
