Company Description
GoTuff is an immersive fantasy game world that combines intense combat arenas with rich social and lifestyle experiences. Players can build their reputations by challenging others in gritty street arenas, then unwind in exclusive lounges, premium nightclubs, and private residences. Each destination, including signature locations like Maison Noir, offers unique atmospheres, characters, and stories that deepen player engagement. GoTuff focuses on creating unforgettable virtual experiences that blend competition, exploration, and social interaction.

Role Description
The Co-Founder Partner (Fantasy Game MVP Post-launch) will help lead GoTuff through its critical post-launch phase, focusing on user growth, player engagement, and product-market fit. This full-time remote role involves analyzing player behavior and feedback, shaping and executing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating on in-game events and community-building initiatives. The partner will work closely with the founding team to refine the game’s features, optimize onboarding and retention, and explore monetization opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring key metrics, running experiments to improve performance, supporting partnerships, and representing GoTuff in conversations with early adopters, potential collaborators, and investors.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret game, product, and market data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with founders, partners, and player communities.
  • Sales skills to help secure partnerships, drive user acquisition, and support potential investor discussions.
  • Marketing skills to plan and execute campaigns, community initiatives, and brand-building activities.
  • Research skills to understand player needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends in gaming and virtual experiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and rapid iteration in an early-stage startup.
  • Experience or strong interest in gaming, virtual worlds, or entertainment products is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, take ownership of outcomes, and collaborate across time zones.
