Your Impact As a Co-op Staff Accountant, you will: Prepare bank reconciliations; Prepare HST reasonableness analysis; Prepare reconciliation of corporate income taxes accounting balances to corporate tax filings; Analysis of general ledger information; Analysis of financial statement results; Preparation of accounting and bookkeeping entries; Prepare corporate income tax returns and supporting documentation; Prepare personal income tax returns and supporting documentation; Preparation of Notice to Reader financial statements and disclosures; and Preparation of working paper files to support client filings and deliverables. Keys to Success: Be driven to continuously learn from experiences and seek out feedback and development opportunities; Regularly communicate with senior Staff Accountants and the management team, including Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners; Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects; and Work hard and smart, especially during busy season, to meet client demands.
