About the team As part of the Corporate IT Enterprise Architecture team, you will help connect business priorities, technology investments, and reliable enterprise data. You will support architecture governance, business capability management, technology portfolio planning, and the implementation of the Enterprise Architecture management platform. The team works across Kinaxis, partnering with Corporate IT, Product, Finance, Security, Sales, Marketing, People, and other functions. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys organizing complex information, working with stakeholders, analyzing data, and turning findings into clear recommendations and visual stories. What you will do Help collect, validate, organize, and analyze business capability, application, technology, integration, and portfolio data. Support implementation and ongoing administration of the Enterprise Architecture management platform, including data loading, quality controls, reporting, and user guidance. Assist with business capability assessments by preparing materials, coordinating workshops, documenting evidence and decisions, and tracking actions. Maintain business capability maps, application inventories, technology standards, architecture roadmaps, and related EA artifacts. Analyze relationships among business capabilities, processes, applications, data, integrations, and technology to identify gaps, duplication, risk, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and visualizations that explain architecture information and support decision-making. Support Architecture Review Board and governance activities through intake analysis, meeting preparation, decision documentation, and follow-up tracking. Document business and technology processes, assist with requirements gathering, and translate stakeholder input into structured information. Conduct research on technologies, vendors, industry trends, architectural practices, and technology strategy topics. Coordinate workshops, governance reviews, and stakeholder sessions across multiple business teams. Improve the quality, consistency, and usability of EA repositories, taxonomies, templates, and working practices. Identify opportunities to streamline EA processes and improve operational effectiveness. What we are looking for Completed 3+ year of study or recently graduated from Business Technology Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, structured datasets, reports, and large amounts of information. Ability to organize ambiguous information, identify patterns, ask thoughtful questions, and produce clear, evidence-based outputs. Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to maintain accurate, consistent data. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams while managing multiple priorities and following through on commitments. Initiative, ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn new business and technology concepts. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Things that would definitely help Experience with data analysis, data cleansing, reporting, dashboarding, or visualization tools such as Power BI. Basic knowledge of SQL, relational data, data modeling, metadata management, or data-quality concepts. Exposure to business analysis, process mapping, workshop support, requirements gathering, or stakeholder research. Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts such as business capabilities, applications, integrations, data, technology standards, and roadmaps. Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, SAP, Workday, or similar systems. Experience with diagramming and collaboration tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or Confluence.
