Position Summary As a network Public Adjuster, you will handle property claims assigned through the Coastal Adjuster Network. You’ll operate under your own license and appointment while following Coastal’s protocol to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for policyholders. This is a high-performance, independence-preserving opportunity for experienced public adjusters seeking reliable volume without sacrificing their autonomy. Key Responsibilities Handle assigned claims in your licensed territory, following Coastal's workflow and standards Maintain clear, timely communication with clients, contractors, and Coastal team members Submit documentation and reporting through our management system Meet performance benchmarks to earn additional claim assignments Represent Coastal with professionalism, integrity, and adherence to ethical standards Qualifications Active public adjuster license in at least one U.S. state Proven experience handling property insurance claims (residential and/or commercial) Strong documentation and client communication skills Ability to work independently and follow standardized processes Proficiency with claims management software and mobile tools Compensation Commission-based: earnings tied directly to claims handled Performance-based model: consistent quality and compliance = more assignments Maintain full control of your business identity and outside clientele Why Join the Coastal Adjuster Network?
