is a cross-border account that facilitates the seamless management of finances for professionals in the US and Mexico, enabling them to operate in two currencies effortlessly.
The ideal candidate will excel at fostering meaningful interactions between various stakeholders while prioritizing the overall client experience.
We are looking for a talented
UI/UX Design Expert
with a strong background in creating intuitive, user-centric designs for fintech applications. As part of the Coba team, you’ll have the opportunity to build a cross-border financial product that simplifies the lives of our users. You’ll collaborate closely with our co-founders, developers, and product managers to ensure the platform delivers an outstanding user experience across both US and Mexican markets.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement seamless, visually appealing user interfaces for mobile and web applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping to refine product experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring the product vision to life.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity and visual language across the platform.
Leverage user data and analytics to continuously optimize and improve the design.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and fintech industry standards to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Minimum of
5 years of experience in UI/UX design
, with at least
3 years working with US-based companies
.
Proven track record of designing for fintech or financial applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as
Figma
, or similar.
Strong understanding of
UX principles, user-centered design
, and responsive web design.
Experience conducting
user research
and usability testing to drive design decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Familiarity with
cross-border financial systems
is a plus.
Strong
English communication skills
(written and spoken) are required.
