"Cognigy Agentic" AI Expert - AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with hands-on expertise in Cognigy's Agentic AI / AI Agent capabilities to lead a key architectural evolution for our client!

Our client currently operates a solution built on Cognigy low-code and is now transitioning it toward a fully agentic architecture. We are specifically looking for someone with real-world implementation experience building agentic solutions on Cognigy—beyond traditional flow-based bot configurations.

💡 Role & Scope:

• Transition an existing Cognigy-based enterprise solution toward a fully agentic architecture.

• Design and implement agent-based dialog flows, autonomous task orchestration, and multi-agent/tool-use patterns within the Cognigy platform.

• The choice of programming language (JavaScript, Python, etc.) is secondary—what matters is demonstrable, practical know-how in designing agent orchestration on Cognigy.

📌 Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven, hands-on experience with Cognigy's Agentic AI / AI Agent capabilities (e.g., agent-based diyalog flows, autonomous task orchestration, multi-agent/tool-use patterns).

• Real project experience moving a Cognigy-based solution from traditional low-code flows to an agentic architecture (theoretical knowledge alone is not sufficient).

• Solid understanding of modern conversational AI and agent architectures in general.

🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Working knowledge of Cognigy.AI core building blocks (Flow Builder, Intents, Entities, Contexts) as a foundation for agentic work.

• LLM integration (GPT, Azure OpenAI) and prompt engineering for agentic use cases.

• Custom Code Nodes (JavaScript/TypeScript or similar).

• REST API integration and enterprise system connectivity (e.g., Salesforce, Genesys).

• Conversational flow design, testing, and performance monitoring.
