Job Overview

We are seeking a confident, results-driven Medical Cold Caller to join a US-based medical company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience with outbound calling, and the ability to engage healthcare professionals and potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound cold calls to medical practices, healthcare providers, and potential clients.

* Identify and qualify leads and generate new business opportunities.

* Introduce the company’s medical services and communicate their value effectively.

* Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM.

* Follow up with prospective clients and nurture relationships.

* Meet daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets.

* Comply with relevant US healthcare regulations and telemarketing requirements.

Requirements

* Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.

* Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is highly advantageous.

* Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.

* Strong English proficiency with a clear, professional telephone manner.

* Comfortable handling objections and making a high volume of outbound calls.

* Experience using CRM systems and call management software.

* Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

* Must be able to work US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working with US-based medical practices or healthcare providers.

* Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare services.

* Proven track record in lead generation and appointment setting.
