Position: Cold Caller (Lead Generation Specialist) – Real Estate Investments Location: Remote (Open to any region) Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Work Schedule (EST) Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Tuesday, Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST About the Role We are looking for an immediate hire to join our fast-paced Acquisitions team as a Full-Time Cold Caller. You will serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, using a powerdialer to qualify opportunities, handle objections, and pass high-quality leads to our Acquisitions Managers. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calling via a powerdialer system (Targeting 2,000+ to 4,000+ dials/week). Qualify homeowners by identifying seller motivation, confirming property details, and gathering lead criteria. Log call details, update lead statuses, and record accurate notes in the CRM. Maintain a minimum connection rate of 10%-20% and achieve target lead pass-offs (10+ qualified leads/week). Participate in daily team check-ins, role-plays, script reviews, and skill-building sessions. Requirements & Profile Predictive Index (PI) Profile: Must align with a High Dominance (High D) or High Extraversion (High A) profile. Dialer Experience: Hands-on experience working with multi-line powerdialers/dialer systems. Outbound Sales Experience: 1+ years in high-volume outbound calling, telesales, or real estate wholesaling/investing. Communication Skills: Fluent spoken and written English with high energy, resilience, and objection-handling abilities. Technical Setup: Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a functional headset. Compensation & Incentives Base Pay: $5.00 / hour Base Raise Opportunities: $0.25+ increase every 90 days based on consistent KPI performance. Commission: $150 for every closed deal sourced from your passed leads. Growth: Clear pathways into Senior Cold Caller, Lead Manager, or Acquisitions Manager roles.
