Imperium Solutions is seeking a remote Cold Calling Agent (Commission-Based Internship) with exceptional English communication skills to target the Canadian market.

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients in Canada.
• Build strong rapport and pitch our services effectively.
• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline records in our CRM.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly conversion targets.

• Language: Fluent English with a clear accent and strong active listening skills.
• Hours: Available to work during Canadian business hours.
• Equipment: Must have a reliable laptop/PC, a high-quality noise-canceling headset, and stable high-speed internet.
• Mindset: Highly motivated, resilient against rejection, and eager to earn through performance-based commissions.
• Experience: Sales or telemarketing experience is a plus, but fresh candidates with stellar communication skills are welcome.
