Summary

We're seeking a Remote Outbound Calling Agent to engage prospective customers through outbound phone outreach and generate qualified appointments. You'll communicate with leads, introduce our services, verify customer interest, and accurately document every interaction. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced phone-based work, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by achieving daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Place high-volume outbound calls using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Engage prospective customers in professional and productive conversations.
• Explain available services and answer basic customer questions.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments using internal systems.
• Accurately record customer information and call outcomes.
• Follow approved scripts and outreach procedures while maintaining natural conversations.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions, training, and team meetings.
• Assist with additional outreach and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Confident and professional phone etiquette.
• Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the workday.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a results-driven remote environment.
• Previous experience in outbound calling, call center operations, telemarketing, appointment setting, customer service, lead generation, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
