Right Recruit are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Cold Calling Agent to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to generate leads, promote products or services, and close sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work independently from home. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers from a provided list. - Introduce and explain the company's products or services to prospective clients. - Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services. - Generate and qualify leads, ensuring a high conversion rate. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. - Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas. - Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to close sales. - Follow up on leads and conduct research to develop targeted contact lists. - Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies. Qualifications: - Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales role. - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. - Basic computer skills and proficiency in using the internet. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
