About the Role

Strategic Assistant Staffing (SAS) is looking for an experienced, confident, and results-driven Cold Calling & Warm Transfer Specialist to support one of our U.S.-based clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls, engaging potential customers, identifying interested prospects, and transferring qualified warm leads directly to the client’s sales team.

We are looking for someone with strong outbound calling experience, excellent English communication skills, and the confidence to engage prospects professionally.

Important: This position focuses on cold calling, lead qualification, and live warm transfers. You will not be responsible for closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Cold Calling

• Conduct outbound cold calls using provided contact lists.

• Introduce the company’s services clearly and professionally.

• Engage potential customers and identify their level of interest.

• Follow approved calling scripts while maintaining natural conversations.

• Handle initial objections and respond to basic customer inquiries.

• Consistently meet assigned outbound calling targets.

Lead Qualification & Warm Transfers

• Identify prospects who express genuine interest in the company’s services.

• Ask qualifying questions based on established guidelines.

• Perform live warm transfers to the appropriate sales representatives.

• Ensure smooth handoffs by providing relevant prospect information.

• Maintain accurate records of qualified leads and successful transfers.

CRM Management & Reporting

• Update prospect information, call outcomes, and follow-up notes in the CRM.

• Maintain accurate records of daily calling activities.

• Track warm transfers and lead qualification results.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding interested prospects.

• Provide regular updates on calling performance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.

• Excellent spoken English communication skills are required.

• Confident and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.

• Strong ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.

• Experience qualifying leads and handling initial objections.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound calling tools.

• Strong active listening and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversational approach.

• Results-driven, organized, and able to work independently.

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or customers.

• Previous experience performing live warm transfers.

• Background in high-volume outbound calling campaigns.

• Familiarity with VoIP dialers and CRM platforms.

• Experience coordinating with sales teams.
