Use tools like Apollo, Instantly, or Smartlead to automate and manage outbound workflows. Monitor deliverability, open rates, and reply rates and continuously test/iterate to improve performance. Build and maintain high-quality lead lists and handle basic enrichment where needed. Stay current with best practices for cold outreach and email compliance (e.g., domain warming, spam avoidance). Requirements: Proven experience running successful cold email campaigns using tools like Instantly, Apollo, Smartlead, or similar. Strong copywriting skills, especially for cold outreach and subject lines. Knowledge of email deliverability tactics and best practices. Experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or outbound marketing. Fluent in English with excellent written communication. Familiarity with the US market
