As a Collaboration Services Architect at NTT DATA, your role is both dynamic and impactful. You will work closely with clients, as well as our sales and delivery teams, in a collaborative process to design and develop Managed Services solutions across the collaboration technology domain. Your expertise will ensure our solutions are competitive, innovative, secure, and tailored to meet our clients' needs.
You will be responsible for designing complex managed service solutions by integrating technology and service design within the collaboration domain. This includes conducting sales presentations, product demonstrations, and working alongside the platform delivery team. Your goal is to validate new design features, recommend improvements, and ensure all service designs are innovative and market-ready.
Engaging with clients, you will map their requirements against proposed service elements and coordinate end-to-end solution development, from Cloud Services, Technology Architectures, SIAM, and SLA to ITSM leading practices. You will lead consultations that result in comprehensive statements of requirements, scope, transition documents, and costing, driving home the value of transformation in people, processes, and technology.
You will work alongside our sales team to present these architecture solutions, focusing on cost savings and uncovering growth opportunities for clients. Sharing market insights and client outcomes will be crucial, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge and solutions innovative. Your expertise will also guide smooth transitions to service delivery teams, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
To thrive in this role, you need to have:
- Proficiency in Collaboration Managed Services.
- Knowledge of Managed Services delivery models, including cloud, global, and distributed models.
- Experience in designing collaboration managed services solutions for large enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of structuring large, multi-year, profitable contracts.
- Competence in working with costing models in partnership with sales and finance stakeholders.
- Strong analytical abilities for discovering and analyzing input DATA.
- Experience in facilitating workshops with clients and internal teams, securing client buy-in.
- Ability to effectively communicate improvements and solution value to stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology/Systems or a related field.
