Gabbi is looking for physician to collaborate with multiple nurse practitioners in the new states that we are in the process of expanding to!

Gabbi is on a mission to eliminate late-stage breast cancer by identifying women at risk earlier. We’re seeking a Collaborating Physician to provide oversight to our advanced practice providers delivering telehealth-based breast cancer risk assessment and prevention care in Georgia. Our Nurse Practitioners are breast specialists who manage women who are at an increased/high risk for breast cancer via telehealth. Our ideal candidate would be an OBGYN, Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician, and have an interest in breast health and telemedicine.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute collaborative agreements and renew as required by state law
  • Conduct periodic chart reviews in compliance with regulations
  • Provide performance feedback and guidance to NPs as needed
  • Attend periodic video meetings with NPs per state requirements
  • Be available for consultations on complications, emergencies, and referrals
  • Fulfill state-specific collaborative responsibilities as required
  • Ensure adherence to NCCN breast cancer screening guidelines

What We’re Looking For

  • MD or DO with board certification in OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
  • Current, unrestricted state license in IN + NJ
  • Minimum 2-3 years of post-residency experience (breast health experience preferred)
  • Prior experience as a collaborative physician strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with EHRs and telehealth

Why Join Us?

  • Flexibility – This role is fully remote and requires only periodic virtual meetings and chart reviews
  • Low Time Commitment – Estimated an average of 5 hours per month, depending on patient and provider volume, not to exceed 10 hours
  • Impact on Women’s Health – Your oversight supports earlier detection and proactive care, directly influencing better outcomes for women at risk of breast cancer.

Compensation is based on the quantity of nurse practitioners you collaborate with: $150-250 per nurse practitioner.
