What you will do ✍️ You'll get to work with our Collections Lead, Head of Underwriting , CRO, CEO and also the most senior people representing our clients. You'll have a major impact on the Uncapped bottom line and give us a platform for growth by ensuring we minimise our losses and maximise cash flow for investing in the growth of our portfolio. You need to get a kick out of working in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment. Finding the problem is half the battle, coming up with the solution is the prize. You will need to be well-versed in having difficult conversations with company owners with a view to finding solutions for both parties. Who you are 👀 You are a resilient, empathetic professional, with an ability to work out the best solutions for customers, while moving at a fast pace.
