We are seeking for a Collections Call Representative with experience handling and resolving outstanding accounts for residential and commercial clients,
Technical Knowledge & Skills Required:
Advanced English Knowledge.
Strong Background in Collections: Verifiable experience in collections or a related field.
Knowledge of Collection Software Tools: Such as Excel, CRM, Google Sheets, and specialized collections software.
Ability to Perform: Effective and professional collection calls to clients.
Prepare Reports: From supplied data and documentation.
Provide Timely Updates: For collection status and workload.
Experience and Proficiency: In handling collections and using various communication tools is required.
