This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with consumers regarding their balance and working with them toward payment or resolution. Preferred: One (1) year Customer Service and/or Call Center experience Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Negotiating skills Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, One Shift 10am-7pm per week Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly Ability to actively listen and speak clearly
