Your Role at Cabot In the international environment of our fast-growing business services center in Riga, your role will include collaboration with our customers to collect payments as per agreed terms and to propose solutions for any issues in the process. How You Will Make an Impact Engage in daily communication with our international customers to ensure timely payment collection. Actively monitor overdue invoices and find effective solutions with our customers and other Cabot departments to protect the company’s assets. Take proactive measures to guarantee that open invoices are paid promptly, mitigating the risk of overdue payments during crucial deadlines. Provide regular market insights to our business leaders. Always act in compliance with all legal regulations as well as our internal rules. What You Will Bring Result-driven mindset, good communication and teamwork skills. Responsibility, confidence, and ability to work independently to reach set targets. Good organizational skills, accuracy, pro-activity, and supportive personality. Ability comfortably communicate and deliver insights to various level stakeholders. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Previous working or internship experience in finance or customer care will be considered as advantage. Additional Information: Permanent contract. Working hours: 11:00 - 19:30. Health insurance from first day of work. Monthly allowance & yearly bonus. Hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 days’ work from home). Salary: 1350 - 1800 EUR Gross. The final salary offer will depend on the candidate’s previous experience and qualifications.
