Indirect Tax Practice Manager

Our client is a leading professional services firm providing audit, tax and business advisory services to local and international clients.

We are now looking for an experienced Indirect Tax Manager to lead and further develop the indirect tax practice, with a strong focus on VAT advisory, client relationships and team development.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the indirect tax practice;
• Manage VAT and other indirect tax advisory projects;
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities;
• Lead, mentor and develop the team;
• Provide practical tax solutions and stay up to date with regulatory changes;
• Drive the use of AI, automation and modern technologies to improve efficiency and client value.

What we're looking for: 8+ years of experience in tax, particularly in VAT/indirect tax, and 5+ years of experience managing tax advisory projects.

💰 Salary from €4,800 gross/month + performance bonus

🏠 Hybrid work model – 3 days remote / 2 days in the office
