Collections Specialist

You will report directly to our Manager Collections and you’ll work out of our San Luis location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact cash flow optimization and help minimize bad debt by effectively managing customer accounts and resolving disputes.

• Manage vendor accounts and maintain accurate records of collections activities.
• Reconcile bank accounts and support monthly close activities.
• Resolve vendor questions and allocate expenses appropriately.
• Drive compliance with company policies and standards related to collections.
• Compile reports on collections performance and outstanding accounts.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience in collections or accounts receivable management.
• Knowledge of collections processes and financial reconciliation.
• Familiarity with general ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation.
• Ability to resolve vendor and customer inquiries related to collections.

WE VALUE

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Intermediate Portuguese/English language skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced financial environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with collections software and financial systems.
