Benefits:
- Paid internship - $16 per hour for up to 30 hours per week.

- Tuition reimbursement - up to $1000 toward college credits completed during internship
- 50% of work on sites and 50% of work is remote.

The Role You Play:
As a Soccer Shots Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the overall success of our programs while gaining valuable experience across multiple areas including:
As a Soccer Shots Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the overall success of our programs while gaining valuable experience across multiple areas including:
- Coaching: Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months - 6 years using our expert curriculum (on-site in local parks, childcare centers, and schools throughout Camden County)
- Marketing: Manage social media accounts, create engaging email campaigns, assist with Google Ads, and help improve SEO
- Sales: Support the sales team with outreach and bringing in new program sites
- Coach Management: Help recruit, train, and develop new coaches for maximum impact.
Who we're looking for:
- A reliable, energetic, and passionate college student
- A student who loves working with small groups of children
- Must be able to drive to locations throughout Camden County, NJ
- Must be able to pass a safety clearance to work with children
- A positive communicator who can engage kids, parents, and teammates
- Note: No prior coaching or sports experience required—training provided!
