Role Description The College Recruiter contract role at Seekademia Admissions is a remote position focused on engaging prospective students and families interested in international education. On a day-to-day basis, the College Recruiter will conduct virtual outreach, information sessions, and consultations to introduce Seekademia’s services and global pathways. This role will identify and qualify leads, maintain contact through email, video calls, and messaging platforms, and guide prospective applicants toward suitable programs and advising services.


Qualifications

• Experience with outreach, recruitment, or sales in an education or services setting, including lead generation and relationship building.
• Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and active listening. Mandarin and Japanese are a plus.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple prospects, follow-ups, and deadlines in a remote environment.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms such as CRM systems, video conferencing tools, email marketing, and shared document systems.
• Knowledge of international higher education systems, scholarships, and application processes is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently on a contract basis, maintain professionalism with diverse populations, and uphold ethical recruiting practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
