Requirements

  • Prior hands-on experience moderating user-generated content (e.g. comments, forums, or social media trust & safety)
  • Culturally aware of current trends, slang, and pop culture in the U.S. (a plus if also familiar with trends in Hindi-, Japanese-, or Portuguese-speaking markets)
  • Technically savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
  • High speed internet connection required
  • Comfortable reviewing graphic, sensitive, or disturbing content as a routine part of the role
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality around user data and moderation decisions
    • With approximately 155 million monthly active users, WEBTOON Entertainment’s IP & Creator Ecosystem of aligned brands and platforms include WEBTOON, Wattpad--the world’s leading webnovel platform--WEBTOON Productions, Studio N, Studio LICO, WEBTOON Unscrolled, LINE MANGA, and eBookJapan, among others.
Join us and work with some of the biggest artists, IP, and fandoms in comics!
