KEY DUTIES

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, account-based activity, and targeted decision-maker engagement.
• Manage client relationships, identifying retention, upselling, cross-selling, and account growth opportunities while ensuring satisfaction.
• Own sales opportunities from qualification through proposal, negotiation, close, forecasting, and successful project handover.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Market research agency experience with strong methodological understanding and client-focused research solution development.
• Proven sales experience managing relationships, generating opportunities, writing proposals, negotiating, and achieving commercial targets.
• Commercially minded, proactive, resilient, organised, collaborative, and motivated to build lasting client relationships and business growth.
