Commercial Accounts Growth Associate — Remote (Nationwide*) Starting at $13/hr You do not need a sales resume to apply for this one. iNX Commercial Cleaning Solutions is building our first-ever outbound sales team and we are looking for people who are comfortable on the phone, good with people, and ready to grow. If you have ever worked in customer service, retail sales, leasing, property management, insurance, telesales, or any role that required you to call people and build rapport quickly, we want to hear from you. As a Commercial Accounts Growth Associate you will make outbound calls to business contacts every day, learn how to handle objections, and connect qualified prospects with our inside sales team through warm live introductions or scheduled appointments. You will have a structured playbook to follow, a team lead in your corner, and a clear path to grow your earnings and your role as you develop. What you will be doing: Making outbound calls to business decision-makers every day Learning and applying our call framework and objection handling techniques Connecting qualified prospects with our inside sales team through warm live introductions or scheduled appointments Keeping your activity and contact notes accurate and up to date What we are looking for: Comfortable and confident on the phone Organized, reliable, and coachable Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, leasing, insurance, telesales, or similar phone-heavy roles welcome No prior outbound B2B sales experience required This role is compensated on an hourly base with no commission requirement, with merit-based raises tied to annual performance reviews. Starting at $13.00 per hour. Full-time. Fully remote, working Pacific Time business hours, 8am to 5pm PT. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a growing company.
