Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Commercial Advisor (Mandarin Speaking) position based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility to work from home on selected days. The Commercial Advisor will support inbound and outbound commercial activities, including identifying business opportunities, preparing proposals, and managing client pipelines with a focus on Mandarin-speaking markets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and regulatory research, participating in client meetings, preparing presentations and commercial decks, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of service information. The role involves providing responsive customer support, following up on leads and inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date records in CRM and reporting tools. The Commercial Advisor will also assist in negotiating commercial terms within defined guidelines, gathering client feedback, and helping optimize processes to improve client experience and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Fluency in Mandarin & Indonesian (Oral & Written) at a professional business standard. Proficiency in English is a major plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills, proactive, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
• Currently residing in or willing to be stationed in Jakarta.
